There’s no single path to Ginhawa
If you’re new here, I’d encourage you to start with the Start Here page. It will introduce you to the heart of Daily Ginhawa and help you understand how everything fits together.
This page is where I share the things I personally use and recommend to support my katawan, diwa, and kapwa.
Take what serves you.
Leave what doesn’t.
Start with what feels heaviest right now...
🌿 Alaga sa Katawan: support for your body
Motherhood asks a lot from your body. The exhaustion. The brain fog. That feeling of
running on empty even after rest.
I've taken my daily supplement for years, long before I became a mom. But when
motherhood made everything fuller and harder, it became something I leaned on even
more. Not as a fix. As a form of alaga. A small, consistent way of supporting the body that
was carrying so much.
Over time I noticed steadier energy, less brain fog, better sleep, and a greater sense
of feeling like myself again.
Curious about my morning ritual? If you're wondering whether it might fit your season too,
send me "ALAGA" on Instagram. I'd love to share why I use it, how it fits into my mornings,
and answer any questions you might have.

✨ Alaga sa Diwa — for your inner world
This is where I write the letters I wish someone had written for me.
About motherhood. About identity. About the quiet shift of matrescence;
who you were, who you're becoming, and the version of you somewhere in between.
I'm not writing because I have answers. I'm writing from inside it. Sharing what I'm
learning, what I'm unlearning, and the things, tools, ideas, small shifts in perspective,
that have helped me and might help you too.

🌸 Alaga sa Kapwa — for connection and purpose
Kapwa taught me that caring for ourselves doesn't end with us. Sometimes it grows intoDM “KAPWA” 🤍→
caring for others too.
For years, this supplement has been part of how I care for my body. When I felt the
difference it made, I wanted other moms to feel it too. So I shared it, the way you share
something with a friend you trust. That grew into something more: meaningful work,
flexible income, and a community of moms doing the same.
Caring for myself led to caring for others. That's kapwa in practice.
If you're curious about this side of my journey, send me KAPWA on Instagram. I'd love to
share what it looks like and whether it might fit your season too.

Small rituals. Repeated gently. That’s how rhythms that last are built.
